A Righthand is a virtual employee that helps you get work done. They have a unique name, photo, email, phone number, and skills. They can do pretty much anything a remote human employee can do, and they learn on the job.

Yes. Your first Righthand is free for as long as you like, and it starts with 14 days of Starter-level capacity. We never ask for a card up front; add one only when you want more Righthands or more capacity.

No. You're billed per Righthand, not per teammate. If your whole team shares one Righthand, that's one subscription — pay for the work being done, not for who can talk to them.

Starter and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly per Righthand. Their included working capacity resets weekly, every Sunday at 12:00 UTC. Starter includes 1x weekly capacity; Pro includes 4x. Your dashboard shows current usage.

Need more capacity before the weekly reset? Add a Usage Boost — $39 one-time for +1x capacity through the rest of your billing cycle.

Only capacity. Every feature — proactive routines, text, email, calls, Slack, custom email domain, reminders — is included on both plans. Starter includes 1x usage capacity; Pro includes 4x for heavier workloads.

Your Righthand stores the context it needs to maintain memory and perform ongoing work. Stored customer data is encrypted at rest, and data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher. We don't sell your data or use customer inputs and outputs to train models. You can request deletion at any time.

In short, this depends on what you allow. Within the connected accounts page, you can configure what your Righthand can and cannot do — on an account-by-account basis.
