How to use a Righthand with Wrike
Create a Wrike delivery review using task IDs, scoped folders, explicit date filters, pagination, and reviewer-approved changes.
Give the Wrike review a bounded question
Righthand can help prepare a Wrike delivery review for a selected folder or project. The result should identify tasks needing date, ownership, or dependency decisions. A broad account query can include unrelated work and make a small delivery queue difficult to reconcile.
Wrike's task retrieval reference documents task filters and pagination. A date filter affects coverage, and a next-page token indicates that the first response may not contain the entire result. Record the scope before interpreting a short list as a complete review.
Establish project and date conventions
Provide the folder or project identifier, included status values, responsible-person convention, and the reporting interval. For an illustrative implementation project, select tasks due in the next seven days and explain how unscheduled work should be listed separately.
Inspect available Wrike tools in integrations. If folder-scoped task reads or relevant fields are unavailable, use an approved export with stable task IDs and its snapshot time. A native read may not include every comment, attachment, or update operation.
A worked delegation request
At 10 AM America/Los_Angeles on Monday, review the approved Wrike implementation project for work due this week and unscheduled work explicitly marked for delivery review. Return a private queue with task ID and link, current status, assigned responsible people, available dates, and source-backed dependency questions. Do not reschedule, change status, or notify collaborators. Send to me for delivery-manager review. Reconcile all retrieved pages, date filters, and project scope, and list unavailable fields separately from confirmed blanks.
The example is illustrative. The team must supply its definition of a delivery-ready task and any required approval policy.
Make the result usable
An example entry could say: “Configuration review due Thursday; two responsible people listed; acceptance owner unclear; manager must select the decision owner.” The assistant should preserve both names rather than choosing one arbitrarily.
A task outside the selected date window can still be a dependency. Include it only through the approved dependency scope and label its relationship. Do not silently expand the report to every task in the account to find a reassuring answer.
Reconcile records across runs
Match task IDs when titles, folders, or dates change. Update the existing queue entry with the new information. If a task no longer appears, distinguish an explicit completed state from possible filter exclusion or permission loss.
An interrupted pagination sequence should produce a partial report with the missing coverage stated. A stale export should remain labeled historical. When approved updates are supported, target exact records, then retrieve the resulting fields to confirm the intended state.
Set access and reviewed actions through Righthand's connection guide. Use plans to choose the scope of recurring delivery coordination. Keep the delivery manager responsible for commitments and for resolving conflicting project evidence.
