How to use a Righthand with Klaviyo
Review a Klaviyo campaign preflight with campaign and message identities, channel scope, audience evidence, and explicit send approval.
Keep campaign, message, and channel distinct
Righthand can help prepare a Klaviyo campaign preflight for one approved campaign. The useful output checks targeting, content sources, and schedule evidence before the owner decides whether to send. Email and SMS work should not be blended into one indistinct campaign summary.
Klaviyo's campaign reference describes campaign retrieval, lifecycle status, channel filtering, and campaign-message relationships. Preserve those identities. A campaign-level status does not establish that every message's content and recipient selection match the brief.
Define the store and audience sources
Give the account, campaign ID, intended channel, approved recipient segment, exclusion rule, and promotion brief. For an illustrative product-launch email, include the approved product URL, offer wording, start and end dates, and any source used to confirm eligibility.
Check Klaviyo's available reads through integrations. If campaign-message or audience detail is unavailable, supply an approved export or authorize a scoped browser review. A provider read scope does not imply native send, profile update, or flow-enrollment authority.
A complete illustrative brief
At 10 AM America/Los_Angeles on Thursday, review the selected Klaviyo email campaign against the attached launch brief. Return a private preflight with campaign and message IDs, channel, lifecycle status, available audience and exclusion evidence, planned timing, approved offer text, and destination links. Flag missing source detail without guessing. Do not edit profiles, change segments, schedule, or send. Deliver to me for ecommerce-marketer review. Reconcile the campaign-message relationship and verify that the reviewed channel is email.
The example is illustrative. A segment name such as “VIP” is not enough to prove which profiles are currently eligible or that the owner intended to contact all of them.
Show the expected preflight result
An example finding could say: “Email message linked to the intended campaign; discount end date differs from the approved brief; audience definition unavailable; owner must resolve both before send.” The assistant should not substitute an offer or widen the audience to make the preflight pass.
Keep product claims tied to the approved merchandising source. A linked product page can change after drafting, so recheck the actual destination and promotion timing. Content approval and recipient eligibility are separate review decisions.
Reconcile revisions and missing data
Refresh campaign and message identity on repeat reviews. A new message revision or changed audience requires a fresh comparison. Record the snapshot time so a stale export is not presented as current targeting evidence.
Pagination, permissions, and versioned API behavior can affect coverage. State those limits. If the owner later authorizes a supported send, verify the resulting campaign state and preserve observed delivery reporting separately; scheduling is not delivery.
Use Righthand's connection guide to define authority and review rules. Check plans for recurring campaign preparation across the selected store.
